8. If someone approached you asking for your expertise on a particular project - what are 3 top tips you'd give them?

1. Be organised

2. Be specific-always provide instructions in point form so the recipient can understand what is being communicated.

3. When organising an event- make a conscious effort to go around to the participants and make your self known to them- check in regularly and make sure they feel supported.

9. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

Working at a further expanded Smile with more amazing people. I would also like to be well developed as a professional- learning from my experiences and engaging with PD opportunities to increase my skills.
